Customers in the USA:

Nude Sole will offer refunds for returns received within 14 days of your shoes arriving. If a return or exchange is initiated after 14 days of receiving your shoes, we unfortunately will not be able to process the return or exchange. Returns and exchanges will be accepted if the items are unworn and in new condition.

Please return/exchange the shoes with the original order slip that is packed in the box. Returns can be initiated in our  returns portal.

An $8 shipping fee will be applied for all returns and exchanges. 

Nude Sole reserves the right to refuse the return of any goods that do not meet the above requirements.

To process a return or an exchange please initiate the process via our returns portal.  Please allow 48 hours to receive a shipping label via email after the initial email request. Shipping labels are pre-paid and expire 21 days after they are generated. If your shipping label expires you will be responsible for the shipping the goods back to us.

A $8 restocking fee will be assessed for all exchanges.

Please allow 1 week for your return to be processed from the date it has arrived at our facility.

No shipment outside of the USA.
